Competitive salary & equity Health, Dental, & Vision Retirement with company contribution Parental leave & fertility support Mental health and wellness. daily i am very knowledgeable about what i do, and a lot of the time, it is genuinely hard work. i handle artwork, build frames, cut glass, etc. The pay is abysmal and the management is lackluster. i have a good relationship with all of my colleagues and i like what michaels represents as a company. i help cashier and whatnot sometimes and that's really not too bad either, especially since the store is rarely super busy. i get to work with my hands and be creative while doing so. being an artsy person working in an arts store and being able to create custom designs is wonderful. I've been a custom framer at michaels for well over a year now and i really like it.
